This is a renovated apartment where you can enjoy sightseeing in Kumamoto. A steel-frame structure with an area of approximately 40 m² (one room with a kitchen and dining area), two 90 cm wide single beds, and two 80 cm wide folding beds. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. There are a total of two apartments in the same building, which can accommodate up to eight people. Please inquire via message if you need to book other apartments in the same building. Kitchen included. There is a fridge, microwave, induction hob, pots, frying pans and tableware for 4 people. There is a fully automatic washing machine, a steam iron, an ironing board and a simple drying rack. (I don't have laundry detergent), I don't have a dryer, but there is a coin laundry near the apartment (3 min walk). The bath and toilet are separate (with a shower toilet). (Notes on TVs) The TV at the facility is a smart TV, and there is no "terrestrial digital broadcasting". You can watch "TVer" or "YouTube" via the internet on the smart TV. If you need a TV with terrestrial digital broadcasting for a long-term business trip, you can rent a 24-size TV (for a fee) as an option. Please inquire at the time of booking for optional prices. We use a Softbank Air line. The data capacity is unlimited, but depending on the time of day, the line speed may be slow. The test can measure speeds between 20MB and 40MB. There is a dedicated space in the accommodation, so you will not share it with other guests. The second floor of the restaurant building has been renovated to accommodate 1-4 people. Please note that this is a room (simple lodging) where furniture and appliances are installed in an empty space mainly for long-term accommodation by foreigners, so there are no hotel-like facilities and services. (Regarding the soundproofing) As it is on the second floor of a restaurant building, the structure does not prioritise soundproofing, and there may be some noise from neighbouring rooms or the restaurant below. In addition, Airbnb does not allow parties or girls' nights. Please do not use if you are sensitive to the smell of tobacco. A security camera is installed at the entrance of the building. If there is a third party entry without declaring the additional number of guests, we will stop using the room at that time or charge an additional fee from Airbnb at a later date.
