There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Quiet, cosy, detached, large garden

Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

The property is about 1 mile from the Pontispool equine sports centre and 5 miles from Bishops Lydeard Station on the West Somerset Railway. Oake Manor golf club is about 1 mile away and Junction 26 of the M5 is roughly 3 miles.
