Ferrarotti is located in the southern part of Piedmont, in the district of Langhe, about 20 minutes drive from Barolo. The area is famous for its beautiful scenery, wine, cheese, truffles, hazelnuts and Piedmontese cuisine. The house is completely undisturbed, about 500 meters above sea level, with vineyards on all sides and a separate small vineyard with Dolcetto grapes. The house in Langa, "the grandparents' house" is located in the quiet and surrounded by nature. Recently renovated and belonging to the family for three generations. A flight of stairs leads to a bright living area with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom all on the same level. The kitchen overlooks the large garden with private pool, solarium area and gazebo equipped for outdoor dining, also thanks to the convenient barbecue and outdoor sink. Free parking in front, breathtaking view.

Villa ELMA

The house is located in a beautiful village in the Langhe, Cigliè. The property is in excellent condition and very comfortable. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. From here, you can easily reach other locations such as Murazzano, Mondovì, Vicoforte, Alba, Barolo, Cuneo, and Prato Nevoso. The Ligurian Sea and Turin can be reached in an hour by highway. About 10 km away is the Mondovicino outlet, where you can find many shops and a large hypermarket. The view is lovely.
