It's faced to the street but it has double windows. 5 minutes from metro (Lapa or Aliados stations) and near everything. Located at the center of the city.

Equipped with a double bed and chest of drawers, a wood-burning stove with an oven, a gas stove with a burner, a dishwasher, dishes, a table, benches, kitchen utensils, bed linen and bath towels.
