Ideal for families with children (it has play corners, a crib and an high chair) or small groups, has 7 beds (one double bed and two comfortable sofa beds, 1 single bed), fully equipped kitchen and small bathroom. In the kitchen, for FREE, you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast the first day of your vacation. No pets are allowed (of any size). Old mill by the stream

My place is characteristic and enjoys an unparalleled view of the river which can be accessed with a ladder, an ideal place to enjoy the cool in summer by taking a nice bath or playing with the kids. The interior of the house is very well maintained and there are traces of the past, in fact it was used in past centuries to grind the olives of the town's farmers to produce the precious Ligurian olive oil. It will be the perfect place for guests for unforgettable vacations. Gas detector present.

Semi-detached part of an ancient farmhouse with separate entrance, recently refurbished and fully equipped. No neighbouring houses. Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with walk-in rain shower, large living area, cozy dining corner, complete kitchen. Splendid view over the vineyards of Langhe-Roero, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with no overtourism.
