Only 5 minutes walk to Sandgate Village with Moreton bay beyond, and just 250m from Sandgate Station. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. Welcome to your Moreton Bay home away from home! The perfect spot for short stays, centrally located between Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast, this private 1 bedroom guesthouse with secure car accommodation (lock up garage) is located in a quiet suburban neighbourhood. Pet friendly however strictly small dogs (under 10kgs) or cats only. Our accommodation is not suitable for medium or large dogs. Please read the “Other Details to Note” for more information.

The cottage is a modern 2 bedroom cabin with all the modern amenities including a well equiped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with luxury bedding, modern bathroom, comfortable lounge room with AC. Outside is a large wrap around deck with direct access from both bedrooms, large table for entertaining, BBQ and a bar table which is the perfect position to sit with a morning coffee. There is also a large fire pit that you are free to use and cook on.

The Little Petrie Hideaway

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this relatively-new, fully furnished one-bedroom guest house with a private entrance and access to a pool and spacious backyard. The guest house includes a cozy living area with a 65" Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a washing machine. Perfectly located just a 2-minute walk to Mungarra Reserve and a 5-minute drive to Lake Samsonvale, local supermarkets, train station, and bus stops.
