Comfortable shack in a lovely spot! Wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Unique rocky beach. Kayaking, fishing and crabbing at the doorstep. Fabulous glass bottom boat tour with Spencer Gulf Adventures in Whyalla. Close to Point Lowly for cuttlefish tours. Perfect base for an active family or as a unique stopover on the way to or from the Eyre Peninsula.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is peaceful, beautiful and idyllic. There was space for everyone, pets included. We are making this a spot we will all regularly visit and stay as extended family. Thank you Georgie and team!

Lovely historical lighthouse cottage that has been newly renovated with updated bathrooms/kitchen/living. We, and our young child and dog loved our stay. Point lowly is isolated but note there are quite a few visitors during the day for fishing and sightseeing. This is also one of two cottages side by side. The house was impeccably clean with a well equipped kitchen. Parents of young choldre note there is no bath (two showers) and I imagine it could be quite chilly in the bedrooms in winter. There is one oil column heater. and well stocked with quilts and blankets (byo linen though). The close by beaches are mostly rocky. Dog owners note that the outdoor area is not entirely fenced.

A really magical hideaway on a private section of beach. Very communicative owner and very comfortable home including for our dogs and kids.

Love the space at Georgie’s place, perfect for family’s, love the fact it has a nice big backyard for the kids to run around it or if you have a boat. I found the place cosy, simple and very clean... it had everything I needed which made everything so much easier considering I did 12 hours drive to get there. Highly recommended to anyone who like to stay in whyalla.
