i liked the accommodation enough. i hope to return soon was my first time to Monterrey and the place was really quite central there was Oxxo and seven fences and equal food and the truth is pretty good

A great experience! A nice apartment is the perfect place to feel at home. Gustavo has thought of every detail and the care and dedication he puts into the space is noticeable. The place is very safe, anyone who will enter the edicificio had to be identified and made me feel safe. The place was as seen in the photos, the view was very nice. When the room arrived, there was a hair dryer and an iron that was advertised but was not there and the host resolved it in minutes, very good service and pending. I would definitely come back

The place was worth every weight, it is well located, it is easily accessible, has many amenities and was spotless.

The accommodation is as described and shown in the photos, the communication was good, when Elvira arrived, he showed us the accommodation and explained the instructions, he also sent recommendations of shops, squares and restaurants nearby. The loft is in a nice and quiet area, inside a closed condominium which made us feel safe and we were able to park in front of the house. All in all we would stay there again on our prox visit. :)

Since my arrival, Mrs. Carmen made me feel welcome, with a lot of availability for whatever was needed. I never wanted for anything. She was always attentive to make sure I didn't need anything. Excellent loft, comfortable and accessible, very close to squares and important places in Monterrey.

My experience at this Airbnb in Monterrey was very positive. It is a small but cozy space, with an excellent location and a high level of cleanliness. Entry rules were clearly set, although access was a little tricky. Despite this, communication with the host was perfect at all times, which made the stay easier. Definitely a recommended option for those looking for comfort and good service.

Great stay, perfect distance from the concert I was attending. Wish I stayed longer to take advantage of all the amenities but got to check them out. Plus, they’re very attentive and helpful!

The place is ideal if you are going to spend a few days in Monterrey.

A very nice and nice place to stay, you feel at home, just needed some cleaning products like (rags, some mop) but from there in the outside, I highly recommend it!!!

Always very attentive and answered all my doubts and met my needs 100, I highly recommend if your plan is to go to a match at BBVA is a 5-minute walk away and you avoid traffic and all that and super quiet the area

This place is very convenient if you’re waking around Downtown Monterrey, a lot of good places near by. Our Hosts were very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Provided me with a list of restaurants, places to visit near by. 10/10
