PietraViva is a holiday residence surrounded by the greenery of Samnium, on the slopes of Mount Erbano. It is located in the Matese Regional Park and is the result of a recent renovation that has brought to light the ancient stone dating back to the 18th century, which had been covered by the previous restoration in the early 1970s. The property is located in a village and has 3 floors connected by SPIRAL STAIRCASES. It has a large terrace and a characteristic entrance in a 1790 portico, which has also been restored.

The "Grande Pigna" between 3 trees: bedroom, bathroom, terrace and outdoor kitchen. Built in 4.5 cm thick fir at 710 meters above sea level, it stands on a wooden platform 3 meters high between an Oak, Sorbo and Hazel and is accessed on the flat level on the mountain side. It has a splendid view of the magnificent Verrino valley, a protected area, a short walk from the center of Agnone. Full relaxation on the estate among the olive trees, privacy but also in the history, gastronomy and culture of Upper Molise.

It has two bathrooms, one of which is private. The structure is completed by a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
