Rest and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway within five minutes walk from East Clacton sandy beaches on the outskirts of Clacton on Sea. A few miles away there are Nature Reserves and places of historical interest. You can enjoy long walks and/or cycling further afield along the seafront. Clacton Pier is about 20 minutes walk away where you’ll also find a good choice of restaurants etc. The cottage has its own private entrance with parking. There are also regular train and bus services.

Seafront 3 bedroom Sea View Apartment located on the second floor with own private balcony. Full sea view from lounge and master bedroom. Private allocated parking space in the courtyard at the rear of the building. Lovely light, neutral colour themed apartment with fantastic views. 4 minute drive to Clacton Pier and Town Centre. Large recreational area to the rear and side of the building with childrens play area. No personal items to be left in the communal areas.

Longleat

Ideal location whether you are visiting Clacton for business or leisure. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the sea front. The town centre supermarket is a 2 minute walk away and so is the town centre. There is off-road parking for 1 car. Aside from the beach, popular local amenities include the pier and arcades as well as the cinema (£3.50) and there are plenty of great local restaurants. All within easy walking distance.
