Free parking reserved in front of the house. Tram 2 at 400 m 30 min to Comédie on foot or 15 min to tram, 15 minutes from the beach by car. An outdoor hot tub can be provided on request. Parties are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood and because we live next door.

Located 25 minutes from Montpellier, 30 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the Pic Saint-Loup, this small haven of peace will allow you to discover the hinterland, to walk in the vineyards while enjoying the beaches around Montpellier. A former priory, the farmhouse has been recently renovated and is surrounded by 2 hectares of park and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Ideal place to relax, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.
