Beachfront holiday rentals in Clarence River

For people who want to bring their pups with them, I cannot recommend the Treehouse more. Just a stones throw away from the Belongil Dog beach and within easy walking distance to the town centre, it’s truly a gem of a find.

We love coming to Broomshead to relax by the seaside. Beach haven was the perfect spot for 2 families to unwind and enjoy each other’s company while also having space to find time alone. Plenty of comfy spots to read a book on the wrap around balcony and enough space for the kids to happily play footy in the yard and handball too! Conveniently just across from the beach which was so handy when needing to pop back for lunch before heading back for more beach time in the afternoon. Excellent location and little touches from the host with coffee pods and laundry detergent provided as well as some staple items for cooking and plenty of crockery/pots and pans! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

Absolutely beautiful home in a truly special location. The layout was perfect for our family, giving us plenty of space and common areas. Watching the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the river was a truly unique experience. The home is beautifully decorated, and has very comfy lounges! Dream kitchen too! Having a morning cuppa on the bench seat overlooking the beach and dunes was my favourite part. Thank you for having us 😄

Lovely cottage and well set up. I live a place that has generous facilities such as crockery cutlery and cooking condiments etc. We were able to use the outdoor bungalow which meant our adult family could spread out. Lots of bush turkeys did keep the dog occupied but that is Byron and certainly not unique to Kathy’s. The parking at the rear was very helpful given we have a 4 wheel drive. Loved the walk to the dog beach - so close and we had the opportunity to visit the farmers market on the reserve behind Kathy’s on a Thursday. Thanks again Kathy for the flexible check in and great communication.

Amazing place, stones throw from the beach and calm inlet for kids to swim. We will be back. Cant recommened the location, house and host enough.

A delightful condo right on the river. Richard was so helpful with instructions to make our stay easy. The view from the main bedroom is spectacular and quite a way to wake up in the morning. The house has so many little touches to help families feel at home from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and board games. We would love to stay longer next time!

The house is very beautiful. We and bunny （British longhair）and eggie（samoyed）were very happy to live together. It's a pity that I don't have time to go to the surrounding beach. I will come again if I have a chance!

We loved our stay here! Such a lovely, comfortable airy beach house!. We highly enjoyed being so close to the dog beach, the generous yard, outdoor furniture with bbq. The inside decor of the house is very well taken care of and well stocked. The renovated bathroom is very fresh. We would love to come back soon.

A magnificent house for children and grandchildren, spotlessly clean, every amenity required, great pool, numerous areas to eat and have a drink , close to the beach and also a few restaurants and good coffee 200m max. All our needs catered for and many more! Would definitely highly recommend the house. Easy to communicate with and very friendly.

We loved staying at Waves over the Easter break. A short walk to the beach, good places to eat and wonderful coffee from the bakery was a bonus. The bowling club across from us was also a great asset. The house was comfortable and there was enough space for our two families. We loved everything about it and hope to be back.

We really enjoyed our stay, the area is really well maintained. We did some beautiful walks from our Tree top home. The kids loved the pool, although a bit cold. All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and comfortable. The little thoughtful touches throughout the space truly showed that the host genuinely cares about their guests, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

We had such an amazing time staying at Sharyn’s. The location is ridiculously good, a 2-minute walk to town with loads of great eating and shopping options. Walk to the supermarket, and the beach access was outstanding. The apartment is so well stocked with anything you might need, Tupperware, kitchen utensils etc. Comfy beds and different area to relax inside and out. The kids made great use of the pool and spa. Just perfect!

Property advertising photos were accurate and not taken to make out the property was better than it actually was. There was more than enough furniture, appliances and general usage items for all of our visitors. We all were satisfied with the property and its appointments. We didn’t end up using the garage as we found it too narrow for our vehicle and we were able to safely park on the street. We will happily return sometime in the future.

Lovely house in a great location close to the beach and about a 15 minute walk down the beach into the main part of Byron Bay. Easy to find and clear instructions from the owner in terms of check in and check out. We had a great stay!

I spent a month in Gyan and Simon's boatshed and had the most wonderful time. I slept peacefully with the sound of the waves in the background. I woke up every morning to the birds singing and enjoyed the most incredible sunrises on the beach just four minutes from the house. Endless walks on the beach, through the national park and it's only a stone's throw to the centre of Byron Bay. Everything here has been chosen with love and taste. Delicious organic produce greeted me in the fridge on arrival. The boatshed has everything you need to feel at home. Gyan and Simon are the sweetest and most caring hosts. They gave me as much privacy as I wanted but were always there for me when I needed help. Thanks to their local tips and help with some of the organisation, I was able to explore so much and see the most beautiful places. It was incredible! Leaving this magical place and these beautiful humans was not easy.

The perfect place to stay in Byron area. Wanda is a beautifully appointed, modern, roomy home with all amenities which backs onto stunning Tallows beach. Starting the day with stunning sunrises over the beach instantly brings the Byron vibe. Its a short walk along the beach to patrolled swimming at Broken Head. Or there's the pool. The house is an easy walk to the best cafe in Byron and grocery supplies. And its a five min drive to Bryon town centre and restaurants / shopping. We loved our stay at Wanda. Would book again.

Such a beautiful place just a stones throw from the beach and all the action in Byron Bay. Nathan and Felicity made everything very simple and easy. The place is spacious and has a little oasis in the backyard for you to zen-out... not to mention the sauna and cold plunge on-site. Highly recommend if you are visiting the Byron Shire and looking for somewhere central but away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a wonderful stay in Brooms head, it was extremely relaxing and waking up to the ocean views each morning / a cup of tea looking out was spectacular, highly recommend

we had a wonderful relaxing stay at Carol's Little Beach house. Bev was very comfortable with a beautiful view of Red Rock Park and the river. A beautiful relaxing quiet house. We wish we had more time as 1 day isn't enough.

Great location and lovely space to come back to after big days at the beach! The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and beds were very comfy!

Such a cosy old-fashioned Bach-like place to stay on the seafront and beach - wonderful views of sea. It was so dog-friendly and a good location, and easy to walk to a local cafe and restaurant nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to stay again soon. The home is perfect for families and was very comfortable for 2 families staying together. The house is only meters from the beach with really easy beach access and we fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves every night. Kitchen was well stocked, but bring your own knives if you want to cook anything
