Townhome holiday rentals in Clarke County

Gwyneth’s place was great, easy to get to and comfortable. We were there for one night and it is close and walkable to the downtown Athens restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Gwyneth's townhouse is perfectly located to explore downtown Athens and North Campus. The space is comfortable and the easy parking is a big plus. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the screened-in back porch was a lovely place to sit and relax. We had a wonderful stay.

Gwyneth’s place was perfect for our group trip down to Athens for a Georgia football game. It was walkable to downtown and to the stadium which made getting around super easy.

Perfect location for everything. I would put n the notes that the back alley is where the parking is and entrance into the house. That was the only thing that I didn’t find until I drove past it.

The town houses were in a perfect location! Easy walk to Downtown Athens, and very nicely decorated and clean. we would definitely stay again. Gwyneth was a great communicator!

This property was charming, comfy and a very good location if you're on the move in Athens. I felt like it was my home away from home, offering the amenities and comfort I needed. I would highly recommend this property in lieu of a pricey and sterile hotel. Stephen was responsive when I had a random question about the TV. Laurant is definitely a super host. The home is beautiful looked just like the pictures rooms were very spacious and it felt homey would definitely recommend anyone in the area to have a stay at this place and I would definitely come back.

This was my second stay at Mannie’s place! The room was cozy, and exactly as described. Mannie was an excellent host. He is responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to UGA. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
