Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

Enjoy the farm experience or a quiet getaway in our cozy cottage! Designed for maximum coziness at only 192 sq ft, it's the perfect place to get away. While designed for two, we can provide an additional twin mattress. The kitchenette includes a compact fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. This 4 bedroom/2 bath ranch style home is just what you need for the perfect get away! This private lake front home boasts a newer, private dock on deep water (22 feet at full pool), screened in porch, large multi level deck with hot tub and fire pit area will be just what you need to relax!

*please note the water is low right now. It is let down every winter for repairs . We have a one bedroom with a queen bed. Living room with 2 couches. Sunroom looking towards the lake with 2 futons that can sleep 2 each. The kitchen is full with pretty much anything you need. Also we have a cooker and charcoal grill on the porch. No Wi-Fi sorry! Please bring your on linens and towels. There are some there and if used would prefer you to wash and put away.
