This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

Open living area with fireplace and cozy atmosphere. The Kitchen is well stocked with large and small appliances including air fryer and coffee maker. Master bedroom has a King size bed. All bedrooms have top quality Pillows and Mattresses with pressed quality linens as well as pillow and mattress protectors for cleanliness and health for guests. All bedrooms have chests/dressers, walk-in closets and TV's. Home also has 2 full bathrooms as well as full size washer/dryer in the utility room.

Queen Serta beds and pillows (puppy bed included) Large backyard with covered patio and tons of room. BBQ and Fire Pit included. Couch converts into a bed for sleeping. Keurig coffee pot with coffee, creamer and sugar included. Family movies on the DVR. 4.8 miles from OU! Garage parking available upon request for one car.
