Cozy cabin right on the Lower Ocoee river next to Nancy Ward public boat launch. Over 200’ if private river access with private takeout. Huge private lot with fire pit. Space includes a loft with queen bed and bedroom with twin bunk bed. This is the best little spot on the Ocoee for river lovers. Put in on the lower and takeout right in your backyard.

A cozy one bedroom/one bath apartment located in a nice quiet neighborhood just 6 miles from Cleveland. Not too far from Lee University, shopping, and restaurants. Centrally located for visits to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Chattanooga. Or a quiet place to come home to if you're traveling on business. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
