Situated on over a half-acre at the end of a dead-end road, this Midcentury Modern Home has flair and charm—plus a number of amenities. Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Unit A has a master bedroom with king size bed and sofa, loft bedroom with a full size bed and there is a full size pull out bed in the living room sectional sofa. Just recently added Satellite TV. This is one of two units located in the same building. 15 min drive to wedding venues in Highlandville Mo, Republic Mo, Clever Mo. Short drive to Branson Mo or Springfield Mo. Owner lives on site not with you.

A laundry room is a shared area, but we work hard to limit use while guests are here.
