Stunning sea views just steps from the beach

A beautiful, light and airy flat with sea views from every room. The whole flat has been recently renovated with 9 refurbished sash windows. Facing East to West it boasts both sunrise and sunset views over the sea on either side of the building. From the kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom you can see the iconic orange Lido tower and out to Walpole Bay pool. From the main bedroom and living room you can track the tide by day and enjoy Margate’s spectacular sunsets with a drink every evening.

Bespoke plantation shutters at all the huge windows over looking the Walpole bay hotel with sea views. There is a super king size bed in the master bedroom with a high end en-suite. SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Sunsets and sea views. A beautiful apartment in Margate in Fort Paragon on the 3rd floor. There are gorgeous sea views from the kitchen, dining room, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. This unique apartment is right next to the Margate Lido and the beach. We are close to shops, cafes, and bars. We are also a short walk to Margate town (7 minute walk to the Turner gallery). A great location between town and Cliftonville.
