The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

The entire first floor is rented with a bedroom, bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living and dining room. In front of the house you can park directly. The garden is maintained in the meantime, only the garbage cans would have to be placed on the street (1-2 tons per week). :) This is a 2-party house where the upper apartment is rented.

On the 1st floor there are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.

Quietly located apartment

Quiet and cozy apartment (about 32 m²) in a two-family house (1st floor) in the Eversten district (15 min. by bike to the city center). It offers space for a maximum of 4 people, but is not suitable for infants. A fold-out staircase in the bedroom leads to a 2nd bedroom (1.5 m max. ceiling height) and the chaise longue in the living-dining room offers another sleeping place.
