The Shoemakers Cottage has undoubtedly one of the best locations in Whitby right at the bottom of the 199 steps tucked in a quiet alley off the cobbled street. A small but cosy romantic cottage over 3 floors close to the harbour, the abbey and very close to Tate Hill Beach. BBQ and picnic basket set provided. Romantic victorian freestanding bath in the main bedroom. Arrival is down the busy cobbled church street. Best location. On-street parking scratch card provided in the W zone 10min walk.

Batty Barn Harwood Dale

Batty Barn is a barn conversion on a working farm close to Scarborough. Harwood Dale is a rural setting, set in the National Park.The cottage is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and we do accept a well behaved dog at the property. The cottage sleeps 4. There is a king size bed in bedroom 1 which has an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds. A travel cot & highchair are available on request. Fully self catering accommodation.

The Smithy at Cross Pipes, Goathland

The Smithy is a self contained stone built cottage situated on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area. Spacious studio accommodation with a king sized bed in a recessed area, walk in shower and toilet, full kitchen facilities, wood burning stove, TV and Wi-Fi. The Cottage has all the facilities you need to have a comfortable stay. Including a fully equipped kitchen, Free Wi-fi, Washer/Dryer and a Smart TV.

Winnow Cottage is set in the idyllic North York Moors National Park. Dating back to the 1800s, the cottage has an open plan living and dining area with a kitchen and two en-suite double bedrooms. Patio doors lead out to a private decked area with views of the moors. The cottage is dog-friendly, 2 dogs welcome and accessed via a 1/4 mile rough single bridle track. There are many walking and cycling routes from the cottage and it is well-situated for exploring beautiful North Yorkshire.
