Excellent stay, clean and economical and super comfortable

The apartment and location: Maria’s apartment is incredibly comfortable and felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed for our stay - from a cozy bed and a spotless bathroom. Even though we mostly ate out, If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The Wi-Fi is excellent - fast and reliable, which was a huge relief for us as remote workers who depend on strong internet every day. The location is perfect - very central and close to everything we needed, from restaurants and cafes to shops and local attractions. Host & Communication: Maria is a truly wonderful host - very thoughtful, and always ready to help. She made us feel so welcomed from the start, even allowing us an early check-in, and she was incredibly supportive throughout our stay. We highly, highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Cochabamba - you’ll be in great hands!

We loved the suite, very comfortable and with a private patio ideal for relaxing. The host was very responsive and responded to all our inquiries quickly. A perfect stay!

If you are looking to stay in Cochabamba for business, leisure, or simply to spend a short stay in this beautiful city, Luis' place is the best! I could not have found a better place in this beautiful city than the one Luis offered me, with all the unimaginable amenities, every minute I was in this space I felt completely satisfied and not to mention the view of the city that it offered me every morning and every night. I definitely recommend it 1000/10. I can only thank you and hope to have the opportunity to stay again. He offered me a very pleasant experience to get to know Cochabamba!!!

Our stay during the holidays was very quiet and comfortable. The apartment is well located, it is cozy and had everything you need for a good stay. We appreciate the welcome touch. The building's security personnel were always friendly and willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely consider this place again as our first choice on future visits to the city.

Beautiful place, the location is excellent in the center of the city you can walk and enjoy the climate and landscapes of the Prado Gardens. Mobilities at the gate, porter staff always attentive and friendly as well as María host genti at all times. We would definitely love to return to this place in the future. we stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is very spacious, the beds very comfortable and the hot water shower very welcomed. Andrea was easy to communicate with and responsive when we had questions. The pool and gym were great to have access to as well. Highly recommend this host and her apartment.

We were quite comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was quite hot but Adolfo resolved the issue bringing us a fan. Adolfo was super friendly and always concerned about how we were doing. Great location!
