Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Welcome to the Cottage du Potager, Come and discover this little 35 m2 paradise, in the heart of a vegetable garden. Enjoy the Nordic bath all year round, head in the stars by the fire pit. 24 minutes from the factory outlets, close to the Champagne lakes and 30 minutes from the Champagne vineyards. Located 30 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from the Champenois vineyard, 25 minutes from the Great Lakes and 10 minutes from Brienne-le-Château Airport. Spacious and quiet, it is perfectly suited for families with children in particular. It is equipped to comfortably accommodate 12 people but has 16 sleeping accommodations in total.
