We had a lovely and peaceful stay in this unique home. Really enjoyed the space. Gerardo the caretaker was lovely and very helpful. Ate several times at his family restaurant! Is quite a quiet area so was helpful when Joseph helped us hire a car to explore the area.

We loved the stay ! The complex is quiet and family-friendly. A short distance from several beaches the photos of the house do not do justice to the nice place so comfortable and equipped. The pool is clean and beautiful . I would go again without hesitation and I recommend it 100%!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about the beauty and functionality of this apartment. Beautiful decor, shared spaces and furnishings. The communication was superb. Highly recommend this home as a place to stay.

The house is spectacular, spacious and super modern. The street is de lastre and if it takes a long time to go out to the main road. The nearby beaches are very rocky, so we were able to quite take advantage of the pool and home amenities.

5 Stars – Unforgettable Beachside Retreat! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Palm Beach Estates! Dirk was an exceptional host—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. We especially loved the outdoor grill area—it was perfect for cooking up the fresh red snapper we got from the local fish truck. So delicious! The pool was a major highlight for our family. The colorful lights at night made it feel magical, and we spent many evenings playing Marco Polo with our girls—such great memories. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, with great access to local spots and the beach just around the corner. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway!

The house is beautiful, as seen in the photos, it is a quiet area, the attention from the hosts was excellent, we always got a quick response to our inquiries, everything was very clean, the instructions for access very clear, everything worked perfect, I recommend it 100%, we had a great time!

From beginning to end, our stay was amazing. The house keepers, Philip and Tresa were so responsive when we text them, giving us lots of info and advice. The house was so clean. Lots of linens. Lots of towels - beach and bath. The pool right outside our bedroom doors was the highlight. It was so clean and refreshing. Waking up and having a cup of coffee at 6am while we had our feet in the pool and the kids swam and birds sang was exactly what we needed for some R&R. Kristy's ad was 100% accurate. There were no surprises. We would definitely vacation here again. Highly recommend this place. Easy to find. Lots of beautiful places to visit within easy driving distance.

Very friendly when it comes time to arrive and attend to us! The beautiful and well cared for place, clean and tidy. The pool is very nice!

When possible I do my best to rent properties that are only few steps away from the beach, this time I did an exception though and I don't regret it, Helen's place is in the top 3 of best airbnbs we have rented in Guanacaste, it's a nice and safe property with a covenience location and a very straight forward check-in. Playa Grande is not close enough to reach it out on foot but by car it's only about five minutes away, ah! and it is worth mentioning you can see the sea from the distance from the property's balcony!

David’s place was very well equipped with everything we needed from beach towels to kitchen supplies with lovely indoor and outdoor seating options. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place. Highly recommended!

The place is very cozy, quiet and spacious. The pool area and surroundings are beautiful and quiet, very clean and well kept. It has good equipment in the kitchen and in general well equipped the whole house, the people who take care of are very present. The street is made of ballast and has large holes that can hit a very low car, I have a sedan and if I could enter without a problem. The only point of improvement is that the rooms are very hot.

The moment you walk in the large beautiful door you enter a peaceful oasis. The pool, large covered porches, beautiful plants all greet you. It is a stunning private retreat but yet close to lots of restaurants, stores, and a short walk to the beach. The garage, mudroom, and large laundry room are great touches. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a comfortable couch with a large TV. The bedrooms each have their own entrance off of the pool which is great for privacy and allows each room to have its own climate control. We enjoyed our stay here more than once. If you want a quiet retreat but close to amenities this is the place!

Great to communicate with, very responsive and accommodating

This is truly a one of a kind (maybe even lifetime!) experience of a place to stay. Where else can you walk out of the pool and directly into the kitchen, living room or dining room? And get fresh air and breezes right into the house? We were a little worried that without AC in the main part of the house it would be uncomfortably hot. It was not an issue at all. Somehow the breezes blow in, the fans kept the air moving, and it felt so nice to hear the birds and not be stuck inside! It was also a very walkable 10-15 min into town, but note that Costa Rica is not big on sidewalks, so you do need to contend with traffic, scooters, and other walkers. But everyone does it, and makes you feel like a local! Down on the street is a place called Zolu, that makes amazing made to order food. You will sit outside and wait a bit but it was the best food we had and very reasonably priced.

elodie was so helpful with this booking. We had to book our stay last minute due to construction at our home. We were able to get checked in same day and so glad we did. The unit was very clean and felt just like home. Would absolutely recommended to anyone coming to the Tamarindo/Langosta area for a trip.

We loved staying with Patricia and Ernesto. They were very considered with check-in and check-out, they gave us chairs and so on for the beach and pool. They are very friendly and would definitely stay with them again.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It is so nice! Very secluded and peaceful yet only 5 minutes from town with the golf cart (big hills to get there so you need some type of transportation!). Communication with Marco and Todd was above and beyond, they made sure we had everything we needed. We hired the private chef for one night and it was amazing! Really loved our stay ♥️

Very functional accommodation in the middle of nature. Located 1km from a small supermarket and on the main axis of the bus going to Santa Cruz. If you're lucky, you can even hear and see the monkeys who live nearby. Lauren was very responsive during our stay. I would recommned this property.

Excellent place to stay. Everything that was advertised was on site. Very neat, clean and comfortable. In that 5 star aspect. The only thing we didn't think was that they gave us the wrong key to open the villa and we had to wait 30 minutes. Despite the time, Jeffrey was attentive and diligently, respectful and enjoyable, he helped us resolve the entrance. Improve the logistics of the entrance key to the villa. I recommend the place and the host.

This was our second time booking a stay through Melissa. She is a fantastic host who is very responsive, reliable and accommodating. The condo is beautiful and in a fantastic location - we would definitely stay again.

Perfect location to explore the area by car. Clean room and very comfortable beds. Really beautiful garden with nice swimming pool. We have spotted some howler monkeys in the garden.
