A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Located in the heart of the city of Coimbra, next to the UNESCO World Heritage "University of Coimbra - Alta and Sofia" the AH33 - Studios are an excellent starting point to enjoy the best that Coimbra has to offer. Each bright studio has a living room and a bedroom with private bathroom with hardwood floors, kitchen / kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils and dinnerware. Located in the center the newly World Heritage area, this apartment is the best starting point to discover the city of Coimbra. The university is a 5 minutes walk, and the city comercial area is a 1 minute walk. Small restaurants, fado houses, bars, a national museum and small groceries shops are all at hand. This family managed apartment is located at street level.

Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Casas do Pátio are in the heart of the historic center of Coimbra, in an unexpected courtyard located on Rua Fernandes Thomaz, inside the old wall of Coimbra, a few meters from one of the gates of the medieval city, the Arco de Almedina, the picturesque Quebra-Costas and the monumental Sé Velha. The Casas are the result of the restoration in 2022 of the building of the old Correio-mor, the first postal service in Portugal, created in 1520 by King D. Manuel.
