Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

Located between the Grandes Rousses and Belledonne mountains, L'Étagne is a large 90 m2 fully equipped apartment, offering stunning views of the Oisans Valley. Warmly decorated with wood and history, you will stay just a 3-minute drive from the cable car serving the Oz-Vaujany and Alpe d'Huez resorts.
