The apartment's area is 55 m²+ 25 m² terrace Lying in a deckchair on the south-facing terrace, enjoy the panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains of the Southern Alps, without any vis-à-vis. When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.

The comfortable 40 m2 Bouquetin is located on the ground floor of the building. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has one bedroom with a double bed. Come and stay in this magnificent renovated barn, which is over 300 years old. There is a microclimate of relaxation, calm and a very special holiday, with a heavenly view! A touch of Provence in the Chartreuse, in short! I live in this house and vacate it when I have a booking so that you can have it to yourselves. You therefore have access to the whole house except for my bedroom and my garage. However, I do leave my cats, Roxy and Gribouille, behind.
