Romantic full-height attic with exposed stones and beams in every room and scenic bedroom with mezzanine and glimpse of the sea. Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Situato sulle pendici del colle di San Luigi, il Bonsai House è il posto dove stare per chi cerca il contatto con la natura e la tranquillità appena fuori dal chiasso cittadino. La zona è semicentrale e ben collegata dai bus; c'è facilità di parcheggio sotto casa o nelle immediate vicinanze. Per chi ama camminare, il centro città è raggiungibile in discesa in 20 minuti. La casa è attorniata dal Bosco del Farneto, i cui sentieri possono regalare l'emozione di avvistare cerbiatti e scoiattoli.
