In this small architect's house in Vers stone with its private terrace, totally autonomous, solar electricity and drilling, you will find calm and tranquility. Our accommodation is close to Pont du Gard, 5 minutes by car and accessible on foot, close to Uzès, 10 minutes by car. 25 minutes from Nîmes and Avignon. It has a private garage, 600 m2 enclosed, wooded and shaded land, a private above-ground wooden pool. The 45 m2 house has all the comforts. 2 bedrooms with double bed, one with trundle bed. Travel cot, bathroom and washing machine, kitchen and dishwasher, SAM living room with TV. A place for quiet and relaxation...

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
