Independent space on the ground floor of a central single-family house. In the house there are pets (cats and a dog) that move around the garden. Located in a town within walking distance of the Montseny Natural Park and a few kilometers from the Costa Brava. It has all the amenities: hospital, supermarkets, restaurants... Very well connected by road and trains to be able to travel to Barcelona, Circuit de Catalunya, Girona, Figueras... To go to the beach it is advisable to go by car.

Rural house IN Vallgorguina surrounded by nature and very quiet. 5 min. drive to the center of the village. In the Natural Park of the Montnegre and the Corridor, 40 minutes by car from Barcelona and 40 from Girona, the beach 20 minutes and the Montseny to play. The area is great for walking and biking routes for all levels. We have an outdoor " chill" area to relax spectacular with pool and BBQ and during the winter and summer months you will be able to enjoy our jacuzzi.

Perfect quiet place to relax or/and work. Comfortable chalet in Montnegre totally renovated with swimming pool in summer. There are walks to do from the house, and the sea is not far away. This chalet is on the other side of a hill, far from any pollution. The stations of San Celoni and Llinars are less than 10 minutes by car, just like the highway. Very free good Wifi connection. Spacious parking. Pets allowed
