An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

It has a separate entrance, is part of a Tuscan-style farmhouse with brick ceilings and wooden beams. It has 2 double bedrooms, a cozy entrance to the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. In the property's garden there is a swimming pool (from June) and a wooden gazebo with BBQ. Independent rustic house 800 meters from the sea with a large garden in a residential area. Parking spaces included. The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom with a double bed (4 total beds), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Outside is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops for basic necessities and some restaurants. The house is located 10/15 min from the city center.

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.
