*The water level is up & docks floating!* This is one of the premier Airbnbs in Guatape and only 10 minutes from town. The home is perfect for 2-10 people and benefits from direct access to the lake. Finished in 2020 complete with custom made furniture and a chefs kitchen. Triple height ceilings, a bridge and glass enclosed staircase offer amazing views to natural surroundings. The jacuzzi is situated with lake views. Up to 10 guests can be accommodated in 4 bedrooms plus a convertible sofa.

Chalet cabin for four people, in front of the reservoir, with a jacuzzi and an interior design full of details. Portum is located on a land of 3300 m2, in front of the reservoir of El Peñol-Guatapé, with access to the reservoir and dock, native trees and gardens. On the property there are two other small cabins that are also rented by Airbnb. By atypical drought in the country, the level of the reservoir is very low and the water does not reach our pier. The area has a tourist neighborhood
