Enjoy a stylish, quiet and central place, ideally located between the Canal Saint-Martin, the Chaumont hills and the Belleville district. The 37 m2 apartment was completely refurbished by an architect in 2021. And it offers very nice services. On the third floor with nice views of the wide Boulevard de la Villette. I live there and rent it on Airbnb when I go away for the weekend or on vacation. Enjoy your stay :)
