A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Our house is located in a very interesting point of Cologne, a quiet neighborhood with proximity to several places of interest in the city. You'll love my place because of the natural light, the backyard with a barbecue and green space, the wood stove, the spaciousness, the comfortable and spacious kitchen, complete with basic condiments available. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups of friends.

The Casa Rosada in the Historic District

The Casa Rosada de Colonia del Sacramento is located in the Historic Quarter, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995. Opposite the ruins and archaeological remains of what was the residence of the Portuguese governor during the colonial era and opposite the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament. The house sleeps 6. Three bedrooms with a bathroom each. Kitchen, spacious dining room, wood-burning stove. Terrace, balcony , large bottom with grillboard.

Comfortable and warm cabin. Exclusive garden with barbecue, trees and plants. Deck at the front with a large window and another at the kitchen entrance. Double bed with brand new mattress. Complete bathroom with spacious shower cabin. Gas stove and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, all necessary utensils. Natural light in all spaces. Air conditioning. Very bright. It is located on an accessible street 8 blocks from the beach with a bus stop nearby.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Beautiful and comfortable house located in the old town (San Pedro street between de los Suspiros and Solís). It has recently been refurbished with top quality materials and equipped to a high standard which guarantees a comfortable stay (high density mattresses and full bedding, good water pressure, comfortable and complete bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, oil radiator stoves, kitchen with full equipment, high brightness, etc.)

La Serena is a 3 bedroom house located 9 kilometres from Colonia's old town and port. Surrounded by a 4 HAS garden, it's ideal for visitors expecting to enjoy the countryside and nature. La Arenisca beach is within walking distance (~1.3 Kms far). The house has 2 bedrooms in the ground floor and 1 bedroom in the upper floor. Pets are not allowed.
