Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Colorado River

Great location, definitely walkable to nearby restaurants/shops as many other people were walking around when we arrived. We only stayed one night and got there a little late so we didn’t spend too much time there, but overall it was a great location and perfect for what we needed!

We have stayed with Phyllis several times and have always been pleased. We have reserved for next year.

Yes, the majestic stairs. It’s narrow and not kid friendly. Manageable if you have kids (just block the access). It’s a pretty nice place in downtown and close to all the nice restaurants and pubs. Oh yeah, the only thing was there is no exhaust to the bathrooms. Again, these are minor things for us. We kept the windows and doors open for the air to flow though. Parking no issues. Safety no issues.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

Sherman was a great host! The Airbnb was clean, cozy, and right by the Strip. He communicated quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend. 🙂

Really great apartment for a weekend in Sedona. The place was very clean and the king size bed was comfortable.

Jerry's house is amazing and the backyard is incredible. He was attentive to our needs and quick to respond to my questions. There is a lot to do outside and a great pool table inside. The pool temperature was perfect for us. Spacious and very comfortable. Definitely would rent the house again if we come back to the area.

This was our fifth time at Adam's place. It is an amazing property with so many amenities. It is extremely clean with everything that you can think of provided and then some extras. It feels like home away from home. They now have an outdoor table with a fire pit. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the river. They have most things you would need for the river. It is also close to several good restaurants, golf courses and the casinos. Adam and family go above and beyond to ensure everything about your stay is 5 star. They are willing to help out with anything you request or need. They accept feedback and are always willing to help and listen to suggestions. It is truly a pleasure to stay at this property. They are very responsive, Being able to use the garage and have an opener is also a plus. We hope to visit again when we are in the Bullhead City area. You will be extremely pleased if you book this location.

We’ve stayed at Scott’s different homes several times and every time we are completely satisfied. The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great to walk the dogs and fenced in backyard is great. We’ve already booked another stay for our trip home!

Was thoroughly impressed with Elvira's place, was very easy to check in and was offered an early check in time and the house and the amenities were perfectly as described, would stay again next time I'm in Vegas!

The house was great! The location is close to the highway, grocery stores, and town. Katherine is very responsive and check in and out was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was so clean and there is plenty in the kitchen if you want to cook/eat at the house!

Overall, it was a great stay. The home was nice, the location was safe, and the host was very responsive. I would recommend this host.

Beautiful home, easy instructions, and exactly what we were hoping for!

We had a wonderful time at Rachel's place, it is perfect for families and within easy reach of the main street of Sedona. Rachel communicated extremely well and was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the location in West Sedona close to a couple of beautiful trails, great for a pre-breakfast morning walk with great views of the surrounds. We highly recommend.

Great location, easy access to main roads and freeway. Condo was very nice, plenty of room and the balcony was delightful in the evenings.

Malee was a great host felt very like at home everything was very cleaned and organized we would for sure come back .

My 12yo son and I stayed here for a week for his spring break in Vegas. This home is close to parking, close to pool, washer & dryer in the unit, kitchen had plenty of stuff for home cooking. Towels for the pool. Big bed in one bedroom, two smaller beds in second bedroom, all of which were comfy. Plenty of nice people at the pool too. Fast internet. Comfy couch. Nice dining room table. Recommended!

Great location. Close to the strip, but not too close. Same side of the freeway as Allegiant stadium so ubering to Wrestlemania was super easy and avoided all the traffic/the strip/the freeway. Clean place. Good, friendly communication

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as advertised. Garage space is designed for a SUV. All items worked as they should and the pool/hot was within easy walking distance. The only thing missing was some outdoor furniture for evening get to gathers with other neighbors. Thanks Jon and Angie for a week in Heaven!!
