Amazing stay. As noted it was a great location and central to pretty much everything. We always felt safe and Greg was a standout host. We've been to a lot of ABNB's over the years and this one has become, and will stay at the top of our list. We would definitely reserve this location again. If you're interested in a quiet, peaceful place on the river...literally ON the river...in a quaint and cozy houseboat, you'll be doing yourself a disservice by not choosing this listing. Many thanks again Greg for helping make our stay a most enjoyable and memorable one.

Clean place, clear instructions. Everything was as described. Gave good information about the area and was very good with communication.

Our stay was wonderful. Karen really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The villa was spotless, and you can really see/feel the care she put into furnishing it. I could not ask for better communication. Her anticipation to our needs (we spent a day at the Master's Golf Tournament) was top-notch. Also, recommendations she gave to us about local activities and restaurants was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.

Love the place would definitely recommend for a family occasion or maybe just a private getaway awesome with the lake right there beautiful views would highly recommend it. Would love to stay there again.

Tara’s rental was exactly as the pictures and description depicted. The beds were probably the most comfortable we’ve experienced in an Airbnb. The host was very responsive and friendly. We come to the area often and will definitely rebook.
