Although completely renovated, the original ceramic tiles remain in what was the milking bay, now a cozy den. The aged metal that was once the roof, now adorns a kitchen wall, island & cabinets throughout. Less than 1 hour from Nashville. Perfect for travel nurses & other medical professionals. Oft-visited by artists, songwriters & authors alike.

This charming house is within walking distance of downtown Columbia with it's historical public square, shops, restaurants and dining. Walking trails, parks, great views of the duck river and a splash pad for the kids is located just across from this home. Local farmers market every Tues, Thurs and Sat. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Our very cool one bedroom apartment (950 sf) is above our 3 car garage. Our home is a 5 acre farm with chickens, sheep and gardens. If you come in the summer you can pick your own blueberries. There is a beautiful patio with a fireplace where is a pleasure to just seat and drink your coffee or a glass of wine. We really have the best of both worlds; peacefulness of country with the convenience of town!
