We had a happy stay at the apartment

We were very happy. Everything was very clean and excellent service from both Nestor and his mother.

We loved the accommodation, cleanliness, location... the patio is great, without a doubt the best of the house, very well kept and perfect for relaxing. Everything was great. We will repeat for sure again.

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Merche's apartment and she was so helpful, kind and generous we felt completely at home from the start. Cudillero is a great and fascinating place to explore, walk and bike (it's hilly!). We would love to come again. Merche and her partner are lovely. Thank you!

It's been a fantastic few days. Jesus welcomed us with everything. The sensational location to meet different places. The development is wonderful with a pool and paddle that have made our stay even more pleasant. Definitely a place we want to repeat.

Beachfront accommodation, a little old but well maintained and with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some Cokes, detergent, gel,...even 4 newly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and you don't have to rush to the supermarket. The location is great, right on the beach and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.

Bane and her husband are super nice. We had a problem on the trip and arrived late at the apartment, and they showed their support and understanding for the delay. They left us everything we needed for breakfast, very thoughtful.

The apartment was just as Letty had told us, she was very attentive to us and always available for anything. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped, even more than the essentials, it had everything. Letty recommended several places to see and restaurants. Definitely a place to come back to.

The apartment is super centrally located in Gijón and yet quiet. Everything (supermarket, bars, restaurants) is within minutes of walking. It's also close to the sea and the city center. The apartment itself is beautifully large and well appointed. Especially the everyday items such as shampoo, dish soap and towels were very helpful. In case of a problem in the bathroom, even late at night, a plumber was organized within an hour, who quickly fixed everything. Overall, the apartment is recommended for a trip to Gijón!

Amazing place to disconnect or visit villages of interest. A very cozy apartment with a fireplace and jacuzzi to relax. We were attended by Silvia, very friendly and for any problem she is available. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine. We will be back!!

The apartment seemed very nice to us, tastefully decorated and very well used, everything was impeccable, very comfortable bed and sofa, kitchen perfectly integrated into the living room with everything you need for cooking. The outdoor space is a fantastic addition as we travel with a pet. It has a parking space, which increases comfort when starting or ending trips. Communication was smooth from the start and the host's service was impeccable. The area is quiet (we visited in September). It is a beautiful village with a lot of charm and has all the basic amenities, well connected to the highway which made the daily trips we made faster. We thought it was a very good option and we were totally satisfied with our stay, we will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

Nice, comfortable, quiet apartment. There are several restaurants with deck and pizzerias nearby. The beach, ideal for children, is less than a 10-minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy apartment, super new and in a very quiet area of Luanco. Pedro leaves you breakfast for the stay, a touch. The terrace, small but super well located to make her all the meals and cenas si apetece. The spectacular development. Too bad we weren't able to premiere the pool. It's September, and we didn't expect to use it either. Very good accommodation. We were very comfortable.

A very well located, cozy and new apartment. Friendly communication, very flexible schedules. We only stayed one night but we will repeat in summer to enjoy the pool. Very easy to park and the surroundings are very quiet. Ideal ! I recommend it !

We were a family with two 8 and 10 girls. Perfect accommodation, clean and just as we expected based on photos. Highly recommended to know the area. You have to take the car every day to move 5 or 10 minutes depending on where you want to go but it is highly recommended. The accommodation has much more than necessary, Julia is a charm and the urbanization, with a pool, play area and spa, is ideal for families who want to rest for a few days.

Pilar !! She welcomed us into her home with a lot of kindness and respect. She is a very attentive person, we are happy to have stayed in her house to get to know an incredible area. We value it very positively that he welcomed us with dogs, since he has made it very easy for us and has helped us get to know other places in the company of the whole family. We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.
