The cottage at Higher Blannicombe Farmhouse is an 18th Century property in an idyllic setting with far reaching views overlooking the Blannicombe Valley in an AONB, surrounded by Dairy Farmland. 1.5 miles from the centre of Honiton, in East Devon. The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. Free parking, 1 good dog welcome, House rules apply

Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

Welcome to our lovely one-bedroom annexe in Honiton. You’ll find a bright and comfortable kitchen-living area, a king-size bedroom with ensuite shower room, and a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the space to sleep up to four guests. With its private entrance and small outdoor patio, it’s the perfect retreat for couples. A 10-minute walk from the London Waterloo–Exeter train line and close to the A30, it offers access to Exeter, Sidmouth, the Jurassic Coast, and nearby countryside walks.

Country House on a Farm
Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
