The village itself has two pubs, a garage and Miller's Farm Shop. It also backs onto Shute woods with numerous walking trails.

The barn is a 16th Century former dairy, 3 miles from Seaton and Axminister 7 miles from Lyme Regis. The barn has 2 bedrooms one shower room and a lounge/kitchen. Higher Manor Lodge is a detached log cabin, there are large garden and field surrounding it, no other building nearby, self check in and out without contact anyone, it has own private garden and plenty parking space, it is quiet and private, overlooking our field, children and well trained dogs are welcome.
