A spacious room at the aristocratic Casa de Madrid full of light from the large central courtyard, totally quiet, accessed through the library and closest to the kitchen, it is apt for longer stays. A private bathroom with a large shower, and a dedicated work area. It has enough space for an extra bed. The Casa de Madrid is an apartment in one of Madrid´s best listed residential buildings, in the Austrias neighbourhood, facing the Teatro Real, and looking towards the Palacio Real.

SUITE ROOM with private bathroom and terrace in Casa Topo. The place is a very bright semi-detached villa with fireplace in the northern mountain range of Madrid. It has a beautiful garden with flowers, fountain, gazebo and chill-out area. Ideal for romantic weekends or for lovers of bikes and mountain routes. The rooms are large, new decor after all the rooms have been renovated. I am very kind and will be happy to share Casa Topo with anyone who wants to meet you.

The House has 2 bedrooms more and also, a kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room. This very well connected with metro (station colombia) line 9 directly to Airport and buses that go to the Centre, Moncloa, Alonso Martinez. Also are reported with the Plaza de Castilla and Chamartin station.

Independent room, for one person, in a duplex apartment, very well lit, close to the great Madrid Río park, with good metro and bus service a few meters away. The atmosphere you'll find is totally friendly and family-like. Breakfast is included, consisting of coffee or tea and toast. What is not allowed is cooking. Yes, you can warm up what you need. Visits or parties are not allowed. Room and bathroom are rented, the rest of the house is for private use.

The bus takes 20 minutes and the train, 30. Ample street parking. There are restaurants, bars and pubs nearby. You will love my place owing to the location, the house itself, the light and the garden.
