Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance to Mataelpino, a small village in the same municipal area as Cerceda and El Boalo. It's a separate apartment located on the same estate as our house. It has a living room/kitchen/dining room that's heated in winter by a pellet stove, and a bedroom with a bathroom. There's a portable electric radiator in the bedroom. In summer, it's very cool as it's largely built of rock. The apartment has a separate and exclusive fenced garden area with a barbecue, a table and chairs, and garden chairs for enjoying the sunsets. It's a quiet area surrounded by nature with lots of paths and trails for walking and unwinding. We'll be delighted to make your stay as pleasant as possible and are available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation.

Independent room on the ground floor with an exterior window at street level. It has a kitchenette and a private bathroom. This space is not shared. The entrance and exit are shared in the hall. This is not a tourist rental. It is rented temporarily for work, teaching, or leisure purposes. Conveniently located in a well-connected area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. It is close to museums, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the 203 Airport Express bus.

Our guest house is located in a large 1 Ha garden where you can isolate yourself from everything in the middle of nature in the Sierra Oeste. 45 minutes from Madrid, in a quiet village where you can take beautiful walks, bike routes, enjoy the surroundings or simply relax in our garden full of roses and fruit trees. The detached house will give you great privacy with all the amenities. We have two good, playful mastiffs that are loose in the garden

A very cozy and quiet, complete and independent apartment. It is located within the grounds of the hosts' single-family home. It has outdoor parking inside the premises for one car. With a fireplace and wood-burning stove for the winter and a pool, garden and barbecue for the summer. You can come with your pet and enjoy the facilities. There is also the possibility of staying with two children under 12 years old, on a sofa bed. There are many places to visit, Atazar, Patones, Torremocha, Sierra de Guadalajara, Poza de Caraquiz and we can inform you if you wish. Only 50 km from Madrid.

It is a guest house located within the plot where the owners' house is. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The garden, barbecue and pool are for the common use of guests and owners, but we respect the privacy of our tenants. For work reasons we are practically not at home throughout the day. Inside the house you CANNOT smoke and pets are NOT accepted without previously consulting with the owners
