This barndo style home is on ~10 acres of stereotypical hill country land just 1 mile from Garner State Park. It offers a (non-heated!) swimming pool, wildlife viewing area, an incredible outdoor covered space, perfectly placed fire pit, and a peaceful and private retreat space for friends & family.

Amadeo at the Frio Private getaway with pool & spa

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Sundance Ridge

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the Frio Canyon. Sundance Ridge has everything you will need for your get away. Only 3 miles from town and an amazing pool to relax in while you soak in the views. The pool is available for your enjoyment! Please note that the hot tub is currently out of service and unavailable at this time. Porches all around this log cabin to read a book or visit with family and friends. Plenty of space inside to spread out and enjoy your time away.

Neal's Lodges Cielo Ridge 401

This Cielo Ridge property is a stand-alone 3 bed/2 bath cabin within the Cielo Ridge community. It has a large front porch where you can enjoy views of the hills. It is also steps away from the resort-style pool and pavilion! Guests also get exclusive river access at Neal's! Furnished with basic pots/pans/dishes/utensils. Please bring your own sheets/towels. Picnic tables & BBQ Pits are spread throughout the property that can be used by guests. Sleeps 14. 3 Bed/2 Bath. **No pets allowed

Bar W Ranch has 3 separate homes all in one compound, great for family & friends to gather! You will not find a better view in a more laid-back setting! Fish in the stocked pond! Enjoy the pool & Hot tub or by the outdoor fireplace playing cards at the table, lounging in the outdoor furniture or playing Foosball....The "Ponderosa" (main home) is a 3/2 with a full kitchen and living area, sleeps 8. The "honeymoon cottage" is a 1/1 and sleeps 4. The Bar W nook is a 2/1 and sleeps 5.

Bunker Cove ~Pool ~Near Frio River

Bunker Cove is a family-friendly home close to all the major activities surrounding Concan. The Frio River is only 1.5 mile from the house. Garner State park is only 8 miles. The home will sleep a maximum of 18 people. Each room as it's own dedicated bathroom. It's equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and complimentary linens and towels are provided for your stay. Outdoor activities such as a sand Volleyball, pool, and horseshoes are NOT shared with other guest.

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.
