Holiday rentals with beach access in Conchas Chinas Beach

Great place to stay, clean and host is responsive and accommodating. We love our stay here and will come back.

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Excellent place, I would stay again without a doubt

The apartment is very quiet with mountain views. It is well appointed, modern, clean and comfortable. As the balcony is located on the hillside it is less exposed to the sun. That's why we've been able to enjoy it more. Everything we needed for our stay was available. We found the availability in the apartment of a washer/dryer very convenient. When we arrived, the host had provided us with a 20-liter container of drinking water. The only drawback is the mini-fridge located under the counter. It's inconvenient for a longer stay. However, the host informed me that he was preparing a kitchen redevelopment project to replace the mini fridge with a larger and more conventional refrigerator. The complex is located very close to the sea 2 steps from a beautiful beach and very close to the center of a peaceful and safe village as well as a superb marina.

Jesus was an awesome host, always responsive and quick to make recommendations. He even provided drinking water for our entire stay. The unit the beautiful and the view was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful so if you are looking for party central, don’t stay here. Something to keep in mind when using Uber is to make sure you put in “Torres Kite 2”. The address took us to the wrong location. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

My husband and our three adult kids stayed here for about a week. What can I say that others have not already said - this place is amazing and well worthwhile, with beautiful views, comfortable beds, large open living space, a peaceful, private and stunning location, lots of activities in PV and great hosts. 100% recommend staying here. We enjoyed charming cobblestone walks to Playita restaurant right on the beach (pretty much every day!), a warm pool, beach time, hanging out on the balcony overlooking pool and ocean, and lots of easy Uber trips into town, the boardwalk and to Punta Mita. The only con is how sad you will feel when you have to leave. Everyone - including our hosts Enrique and Nacho - was friendly and responsive and we can't wait to come back.

Really nice place to stay at. I went with my family of 12 and we all had a great time. The kids love the pool. We also had access to the beach, which was like six minutes walk. We didn’t rent a car but it was really easy getting around with Uber.

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

The house is very nice, very comfortable, we felt right at home throughout the stay. The host is attentive to everything. Everything was very clean and very close to the sea. We highly recommend it. Thank you very much

We had a great time here. My kids loved the place. I liked that it's surrounded by nature and that we could see different animals wandering around the grounds. Melissa was very attentive and responded to all my requests. We'd love to return in the future.

Loved our time here. This place is literally 150 steps to the beach...maybe less. Location is near more restaurants than you can imagine. The 5 of us walked to everything. Didn't miss having a car at all. And quite frankly, I don't think you'd want a car. We will definitely be back...we LOVED it!

I felt like a super comfortable house, everything was great, furniture, cleanliness loves every detail, seems to give it its maintenance and that is phenomenal. I would be back again, even my friends will consider staying with their families there. Angela mega attentive and available 10 out of 10.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Great central place to stay in Sayulita. One block to the beach and all the restaurants and stores you can imagine. Really don’t need a car at all. Pool area was private and the pool was wonderfully warm and inviting. Our 6 year old grandson loved it. Can’t say enough about the manager, Chuy. He was a wealth of knowledge and so kind when we had any question or needed anything for the condo. Great guy. The only negative would be the street noise. We were there during spring break and the parties and music were noticeable but not awful. After all, you came to Sayulita to have a good time and we certainly did. We would definitely return.

Just stayed at Jill’s place in Puerto Vallarta for a few days and had such a lovely experience. The house is exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, and in a great, walkable location. It was also extremely well-stocked with everything I needed. Jill was incredibly responsive and friendly, and she was super flexible with check-out, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend staying here and truly enjoyed my time. Five out of five stars!

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

Travelled with my husband, daughters and parents. Wonderful place for all ages. Lots of amentities right on the property, beautiful beach, nice pool and fabulous spacious accommodations. Hosts are very responsive. Looking forward to our next visit.

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Jessica and Mariela were fantastic hosts. Always responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful. The condo is beautiful, the pools were amazing. Each pool a different temperature, something for everyone. They could use more loungers but I heard that is being addressed. Highly recommend this condo for your stay

We had a fabulous stay!!! the condominium was amazing. The balcony overlooking the ocean was probably the best part. Enjoying a drink or a cup of coffee with a loved one overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. The unit had amazing amenities, including the pool area right next to the ocean which serve fantastic drinks, breakfast and lunch, all of which we highly recommend. having a cleaning service was such a bonus. There was a convenient little market right down the road and two or three very good restaurants within five minutes of our unit. It was a convenient local bus ride or taxi to Puerto Vallarta. The staff at the pool and Front Desk were amazing. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!
