Our house is a students’ residence from March to December. And during the New Year and summer, we offer simple but quality accommodation and beautiful sea views. Attention! Bathroom is private, only to your room but outside of it, probably not in the same floor. So, we provide you a bathrobe (spa type) to transit comfortable to it and, we identify it with your name. On new year eve you will be able to enjoy the new year fireworks directly from your room or from the living room.
