Beautiful apartment at the heart of Condado Beach

Enjoy the magical view of the swimming pool and the Condado Lagoon directly from your living room. This apartment includes a full kitchen with all the appliances you could ever need; a queen bed and a queen sofa bed to accommodate up to two more guests. The private kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled and the ocean view is available right from the shower and bedroom. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, parks and Old San Juan. One parking spot on premises included.

A modern outdoor space features a rectangular pool surrounded by neatly trimmed greenery. The covered patio is furnished with black chairs and a table. Light pours in from the upper floors of the adjacent building, highlighting the pool's calm water.

Our space is located in the heart of "Condado" - at the end of our street is the quietest part of Ocean Park Beach and at the end of our block is Loiza Street (buzzing with awesome restaurants...) It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.

Our “Interior Queen” rooms are perfect for the person or couple who want to be in the middle of it all in Condado and need just the right amount of space. Interior rooms do not have windows. These rooms are located on the first floor designed beautifully in a modern yet peaceful and warm style with special touches that give you everything you need to feel right at home.

This listing is for a Room with Queen Bed at La Terraza de San Juan Hotel Boutique. Our 200 year old building is fully renovated with original features from spanish colonial era. At La Terraza de San Juan we are like a big family and treat our guests as such.
