Loved this place, I wish I could have stayed longer! Instructions were very clear to get in, and it felt like a safe little neighborhood. Very cute and clean on the inside. Loved that it was walking distance to Ocean Park Beach, and you pass some awesome restaurants and bars on the way. I was in San Juan during the island-wide power outage, but Eduardo was quick to respond to me and let me know that they had a generator and all would be fine! The power and AC were both usable when I arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

This has been my 2nd time staying at this property. I have enjoyed my stay both times. Check in and check were a breeze with my 2nd check in being able to accommodate a much needed early check in. The rooms are very grounded and spa like. You can't beat the location. My only advice would be to have your cleaning crew pay attention to the floors and bed sheets. I've found hair multiple times on both the floor and sheets that weren't mine. Besides that, it was a great stay and I'd book again.

Beautiful room. Very clean. Everything you needed. Very secure. Close to the beach. Restaurants nearby and supermarket. Free #5 bus from airport and to Old San Juan which is where the port is. To use the stovetop, you need to open the valve under the counter where the stove top sits.

Loved this stay ! The room was so cute and cozy. Was close to everything from good restaurants, the beach (5mins), Old San Juan (10 mins, Walgreens, etc.

We loved the Dream Inn! Location was great & property was very clean & gorgeous. The rooftop & pool were amazing as well as the friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

Booked this last minute in order to extend my stay in San Juan and it was a bit pricey for the space you’re getting; but it’s perfect in every other way as far as location and accessibility. Everything is totally walkable and you can even leave your key with the front desk before you leave out so you don’t have to worry about losing it! Thanks for the stay

Cute, cozy spot with so many cafes to walk to! Amazing location and the beach was only minutes away! The host was very responsive and had beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a nice kitchen. Loved the stay! Definitely recommend this place.

The place was stunning. It walkable to the main part of old San Juan. Samantha was an incredible host. We were here while the island was out of power, and Samantha went above and beyond providing head lamps to guests for something that she couldn’t control. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It was beautiful, centrally located and the hosts really made the trip for us.

The place is very beautiful and quiet. The pool is also very nice. There are some pretty beaches around this area and the El Yunque national park is also not that far away and definetly worth to visit. The host was friendly and helpful. I really recommend this place.

It is the third time I visit the place, just with this I let know that it is a quiet, healthy and good atmosphere space. Perfect to take a few days and disconnect from everything.

Great spot close to everything but far enough away so it was quiet at night. Everything was clean and bed was comfy. Just be sure you can walk up and down stairs easily - the stairs up to the sleeping lift are steep. Perfect place in OSJ!

This was a wonderful stay! The price was a steal; the location and apartment were more than worth it. With a bus stop right at the front door, my friends and I were able to get to viejo San Juan and santurce free of charge, which was super convenient. Kenya’s home was wonderful, though I never received a response when posing a question about checkout. Besides that, it was a perfect stay!

The place was great , my kids loved the pool seven sea beach is 2 minutes away the restaurant next door has a great atmosphere definitely come back here.

Overall this was a great place to stay. We enjoyed all of the amenities, highly recommended the sauna, cold plunge and hot tub. There were several nice terraces we could sit and enjoy the views of Viejo San Juan, and each of the rooms felt very private and the room itself had just enough space to put two suitcases out. We did notice some water on the stairs most likely from the rain we had, so something to look out for when it does rain. The hot tub was not set up when we arrived but they did send someone to fill it up and turn it on. It took 24 hrs before it was ready to use. I would absolutely stay here again!

Claudia is a great host and their boutique hotel is a true hidden gem. It is beautiful, peaceful, very well designed and comfortable. The pool and the restaurant next door is a huge plus.
