Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Connecticut River

Bert and Nancy's place was way above our expectations. Bert greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour. The property was beautiful, peaceful and serene. The inside was exactly the way it was pictured. The inside had a Zen feel. The inside was clean, spacious and everything you would need was there and available. Cute little touches were added throughout the room that were cute. I loved the light up birch tree. We didn't get a chance to walk the nature trail and wish we had. I am sure though it was beautiful. Bert had great communication. If you are looking for a retreat type place to get away this is your place. It was relaxing and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We have stayed at a number of Airbnb's and boutique hotels around the world, and Christin's accommodations here are as good as any. This is an exceptionally remodeled and decorated Airbnb that is worth spending a few extra moments in-between your travels. Big bonus that it was very family friendly for our 3 year old twins once we moved the guitar out of their reach!

This was our second stay at Shawn's property in Wilmington, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were perfect for our needs, and we had a wonderful time. During our stay, we experienced a snowstorm, but Shawn was proactive in ensuring the entrance was cleared promptly, allowing us to come and go without any issues. His attention to detail and commitment to making our stay enjoyable truly stood out. We greatly appreciate his hospitality and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again for such a memorable stay!

We had a perfect family time at Susie’s fun farmhouse! The very clean bathroom and nice beds made us feel comfortable. We spent a lot of time with friendly farm pets all day, it was a wonderful experience. Susie is a super host! She is funny and friendly and we all love her so much. Can’t wait to come back soon:)

Mariann has a great space in a great location. Very accommodating and friendly, made you feel very welcome . Very responsive. Really nice area. Would highly recommend.

This was the best stocked Airbnb that I have ever stayed at. If you forgot to bring something, not to worry it was here. The view of the Hudson river in that region is unmatched. You will not find any more scenic. Clean, modern open floor plan that lets in plenty of light to allow the full experience of the extraordinary view. It is not far from the historic and notorious Sing Sing correctional facility. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Seth's property was exactly what we were expecting and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. If you are seeing something at the Merrill Auditorium, the location can't be beat! If we're ever back in the area, we would stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality Seth!!

This is a dream house - every touch in the space exude romantic vibes, bringing to life what I thought wouldn’t exist in reality. My family made unforgettable memories here and would like to visit again whenever possible.

Scott is amazing! The airbnb was incredible! Lovely placed filled for immense and loving memories. He allowed me a late Check-Out which was wonderful. Definitely recommend you guys coming more often!

Mary’s place is absolutely beautiful, inside and out - a gem of peace off the beaten path. There is a big kitchen that was great to cook in, the beds were big and comfortable, and the house is full of beautiful art. Mary was super helpful, and while she lives on the property, we still felt that we had complete privacy during our stay. We hope we can go back and stay again someday soon!

We felt right at home in this beautiful home and surrounding space. It’s an older home with quirks, but tons of charm! It was very well stocked, with clear labels and instructions. Yanna was extremely responsive with great recommendations. Great location to explore Kingston and nearby surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the front porch and deck perfect for morning coffee while the kids enjoyed the hammock and tent! We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfortable home. A great place to stay! The hosts were friendly and responsive. The house was clean, cozy and spacious enough for all 7 of us. There are plenty of activities and local sights to see. Would recommend

We loved our stay! Jon was wonderful enough to make sure the fishing dock was up and ready for us. The house was immaculate and very well decorated! We enjoyed all of the amenities except the kayaks/canoe. My boyfriend fished the whole time and only caught 1 fish, but a huge one at that! We had all the cooking supplies needed to cook all our meals, and were shocked to find a pretty well stocked pantry! The pool table was very fun to have and the hot-tub was clean and in the perfect spot to enjoy the pond view. We used the grill which was left very clean for us. The electric fireplaces in the bedrooms were a peak for me, and I’ve already ordered once since being home because I loved it so much!! I am glad I picked this for my boyfriend’s birthday - we have stayed at many Airbnb’s and I am so pleased with the “boyish” energy and decor the house exuded! Very clean instructions to get there, we were grateful for the video. Will be back 10/10 recommend!

This location was fantastic. My team and I needed to find a place to stay for our race weekend, and this was located 5 minutes away from one of the race venues! This location was amazing due to its proximity to stores and other essentials, while still being in a quiet neighborhood.

Anna's place made a wonderful home base for 7 nights! We didn't have a chance to take advantage of the private beach access because we were so busy visiting all of the surrounding areas! It is very conveniently located for driving to everything, including the Martha's Vineyard Fast Ferry station in Kingstown, the Amtrak station in Kingston (just 1 hour on the Acela train from Boston!), Newport, and of course, the expansive Narragansett beach. There are so many dining choices nearby! We enjoyed our first night dinner at The Coastal Cabin, a few breakfasts at Linda's Diner, a few dinners at Wickford on the Water and some craft beers at The Tilted Barn. The outside fire pit was fun and we even roasted birthday cake in lieu of marshmallows! The beds were comfy, the shower was amazing, the leather couch was homey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Unit was as described and pictures were accurate. Easy check in and good communication.

We absolutely loved this rental! Location was perfect, close to the mountain and restaurants! The pool + hot tub was a major hit with our kids and we used it everyday after skiing. We will 100% be returning to this rental!

Henry and Jorge have such a cozy space! They were so thoughtful with the details in the room and have great decorating sense. I didn’t interact with them too much since our schedules didn’t overlap, but they were both so friendly and gracious when I did. They have a great balance of being personable but also giving you space, which I so appreciated as an introvert! The location was great, peaceful and beautiful while still being close to anything you might want to do. I was in town for some concerts in Woodstock and the drive was so easy.

Amir’s condo was perfect for what I was looking for. It had all the kitchen essentials for my month-long stay, and the place was neat, tidy, and perfect for studying or working during the day with little to no noise from outside. Parking was right out front with easy in/out. Amir was proactive whenever I had any questions, and he resolved things right away. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place in the area.

Francisco’s place has easy access to the T. We had plenty of room downstairs and enjoyed having the galley kitchen for morning coffee and quick meals. Reliable Wi-Fi made working remotely easy. His place is quiet, clean, and welcoming, with attention to details like unique beverages, artwork, and treats. If you need a sleep-cation, this is the place—a comfortable bed, adjustable heat (it was -9 one day of our visit), and a darkened lower-level room. We slept so well. When our travel plans changed due to flight cancelations, we extended our stay, and Francisco made sure our room was refreshed and ready after a long day of shifting plans. We have Francisco’s place saved to Airbnb favorites and future trips to the area.
