Locația este ideală pentru petrecerea concediului la mare fiind situată chiar pe malul marii lângă plajă in cartierul Faleză Nord din Constanța - zona Delfinariu aflata chiar la intrarea in statiunea Mamaia. In timpul perioadei de vară acest cartier devine o zonă turistică de interes datorită pozitiei sale excelente cu acces facil catre toate obiectivele sezonului, chiar lăngă plajele amenajate, baruri, terase si restaurante (renumitul restaurant Reyna se află chiar in fata apartamentului).

Outdoor swimming pool (surcharged), June 15th until September 30th. Famous restaurants can be found in the vicinity as Scoica Land, La peste,Hanul cu peste. Grocery store, available 50 m away, starting June 15th. Also Carfourr, Lidl, Mega Image supermarkets, working entire year.

This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also set up a place for water activities. Our guests can use a rowing boat for free.
