Set in the heart of the Loire Valley, among its châteaux and vineyards, and just 20 minutes from the Beauval Zoo Park, this air-conditioned cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideally located in a quiet area close to all amenities, this property features an enclosed space with garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can also park and load a vehicle. Bed linen is optional: €12 per 160 cm bed or sofa bed, €8 per 90 cm bed. (Beds made up) The price includes one towel per person (50 × 100).

The accommodation consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs, the first with a 160*200 bed and the second with 2 single 90*200 beds, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen with a washing machine opens onto the living room, dining room and a toilet. A terrace area not overlooked completes this accommodation. Linens not provided

Rated 3*, in the heart of a wine-growing village, in its 700 m² garden, our 49 m² wooden house, which is very cosy, is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The jacuzzi, on the covered terrace, is heated all year round and is for your exclusive use. The nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher's) are 4 km away in THENAY, and all other shops are 7 km away in CONTRES. Furnished tourist property not suitable for hosting people with disabilities. NO AIR CONDITIONING but 2 fans.

Our cottage, located in the center of Contres, 20 km from the Zoo Parc de Beauval, is the ideal place to relax with family or friends. It consists of a 130 m² house completely renovated in 2024 (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, large kitchen and large living/dining room), a 160 m² enclosed garden not overlooked with a large terrace and a second 450 m² grassy area. Our house can accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children/teenagers).

The residence of les Caves Archées is situated in the village of Bourré within close proximity of Montrichard in the Cher Valley. The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it.
