On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

The nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher's) are 4 km away in THENAY, and all other shops are 7 km away in CONTRES.
