This first floor suite comprises of a cosy large lounge with dining area in the bay window, 3 seater settee, and a 50 inch tv. food prep area with microwave, kettle, toaster. Even an AIR FRYER. It’s perfect. the En-suite bedroom includes a 4’6x6’6 double bed, wall mounted television, wardrobe and chest of drawers Jack n Jill ( his and hers sinks), even your own auto lite vanity mirror, a nice large shower and a special sink we call the potwash. the whole suite has central heating also.

My place is a two minute walk to the award winning Rhos on Sea beach and a short walk to the local cafes/restaurants, the seaside town is a haven for tourists, young & old alike. There is free off road parking for one car and free parking on the road outside the property with no time restrictions.
